Ezra 7:10 For Ezra had set his heart to study the Law of the LORD, and to do it and to teach his statutes and rules in Israel. Because I teach Romans 6:6-7 "We know that our old self was crucified with Him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing ("rendered powerless"), so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. For one who has died has been set free from sin", I seek by faith to not be a slave to sin in my everyday life. As I seek to overcome my sinful habits by practicing the word of God I teach to others, I begin to know experientially the power of God. Teaching the word of God motivates me to live the word of God as an example to those I teach (1 Corinthians 11:1). Let's take three steps towards our goal to use the power of God in our lives and be living examples of how Jesus Christ can transform lives. As we display Christ in our lives we will be the most successful in making disciples while living an abundant life in any circumstance among any people. Let's set our hearts to study God's word, practice His word and teach His word
