Revelation 15:1-4 Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished. 2 And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire- and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. 3 And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations! 4 Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed."
This passage of scripture reveals what will be after the seventh trumpet has sounded and the church has been caught up in the air to be with Christ (1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). The final bowls of wrath will be poured upon those who refuse to repent of their sins and believe the gospel; those who worship the Beast (Anti-Christ) and receive his mark on their hand or forehead.
We see the conquering Church standing in the presence of God singing how great and true the Lord of all creation is. All nations will come and worship Jesus Christ when He establishes His one thousand year righteous rule on a renewed earth.
Our assignment, as believers in Jesus Christ, is to help as many people as we can know the truth, repent of their sins and believe the gospel. We share the message of the Lord and He applies it to peoples’ heart. We save no one, but we do help people see Jesus by our lifestyle (Hebrew 12:14) and hear Jesus’ words by our testimony (John 15:27). Let’s pray each of us will attempt by faith to be like Christ and to do the works Christ has prepared beforehand for us to complete.
